Transpir provides fitness and nutrition tracking tools for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, or health regimen. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Transpir platform, accessible at transpir.com and associated applications (the "Service"), provided by Transpir ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
Transpir is an all-in-one health and fitness platform that enables users to log workouts, track nutrition and macros, monitor body weight and measurements, record fasting windows, upload progress photos and blood work results, and receive AI-generated coaching insights based on their data. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with both free and paid tiers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use Transpir. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
3. User Account & Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.
- Not sharing your account with others or creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.
- Not using the Service to upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
- Not attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
Notify us immediately at hello@transpir.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Subscription & Payments
Free tier: A limited set of features is available at no charge, including basic workout logging, food tracking, and weight recording.
Pro subscription: Available on a monthly or annual billing cycle. Pro unlocks AI coaching, blood work tracking, community access, advanced analytics, and all premium features. Pricing is displayed at transpir.com/pricing.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing period via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings or by emailing billing@transpir.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no future renewal will be charged.
Refunds: Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or mid-cycle downgrades. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact billing@transpir.com within 14 days of the charge.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Failed payments: If a payment is declined, we may retry and may suspend paid features until payment is successful.
5. Support and Service Communications
Support is provided via hello@transpir.com and billing support via billing@transpir.com. We may send service-related notices, including billing notices, security alerts, and account notifications.
6. Pro Features
Pro subscribers receive access to:
- AI-powered coaching with personalised insights based on your full data history.
- Blood work tracking and trend visualisation.
- Community feed access.
- Advanced analytics, goal projection engine, and custom programming templates.
- Unlimited history storage and data export.
We reserve the right to modify Pro features. We will provide reasonable notice before removing significant features.
7. Intellectual Property
The Transpir platform, including its design, code, branding, and content created by us, is owned by Transpir and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission. The data you input into Transpir remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
8. Account Termination
By you: You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users or the Service. In the event of termination for breach, no refund will be issued.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated coaching content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transpir and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to physical injury, health complications, loss of data, or financial loss. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Transpir and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer based in the EU or EEA, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
13. Data Protection and Transfers
Where required by applicable data protection law, or where we act as processor for a customer, the parties may enter into a Data Processing Addendum covering required processor obligations and international transfer safeguards, including EU SCCs and UK IDTA/UK Addendum where applicable.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
